Liability Waiver: 

 1. I am, or will be participating in Yoga Sessions or other fitness classes offered by Yoga House RGV during which I will receive information and instruction about yoga and health. These sessions entail intensive physical activity (in a heated room up to 98 degrees) and exertion by me. I recognize that such physical activity and exertion may be difficult and strenuous and may cause or aggravate a physical injury or medical condition. I am fully aware of and accept the risks and hazards involved. 

2. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding participating in yoga sessions or other fitness classes, and to receive prior approval to participate. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and have no medical condition or injury which would prevent my full participation in the yoga sessions or other fitness classes. 

3. I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, conditions, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur or aggravate as a result of my participation. 

4. I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have or acquire against Yoga House RGV for any injury, condition or damages that I may sustain as a result of entering or being on the premises or participating in the yoga sessions or other fitness classes. 

5. I, my heirs or legal representatives, forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Yoga House RGV for any injury, condition or death, which arises, is caused by, or is aggravated by reason of my participation in the programs. 

6. I understand that it is my continuing responsibility to inform the instructor(s) and staff at Yoga House RGV of all medical conditions, injuries, or surgeries, prior to my first session and at such other times as I acquire information as to same. 

7. I understand that I have no claims against Yoga House RGV by reason of their refusal to allow me to participate in the programs. 

8. All sessions and registration fees are non-refundable, non-transferrable and cannot be extended. 

9. I grant Yoga House RGV, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs and videos of me and my property in connection with the above-identified purposes. I authorize Yoga House RGV, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that Yoga House RGV may use such photographs and videos of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content. I hereby waive the right to receive any payment for signing this release and waive the right to receive any payment for Yoga House RGV’s use of any of the material described above for any of the purposes authorized by this release. 

I have read the above Release and Waiver of Liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above. 

Cancellation Policy: 

Waitlist and Cancellation Policy: 

In order to give all clients an opportunity to practice during our operating hours, we are requiring that if you cannot make it to a class you signed up for you must cancel at least 4 hours prior to the start time of the class. 

If a class is fully booked, the option for waitlist may be available. If a registered client early cancels, the waitlist will automatically add you to the class roster and notify you via email. Make sure you have your email preferences set to receive these email updates. 

NO SHOW AND LATE CANCEL FEE: 

Unlimited Members incur a $10 fee. 

Multiple Class Pack members will have 1 session deducted. 

Drop In Class clients will forfeit 1 purchased session.

GENERAL 

 
1. All purchases of services (classes, workshops, events) are non-refundable. 
2. Purchases of products are only refundable in new and unused condition up to 10 days after purchase. 
3. All students must have a unique online account associated with a unique email address. Friends and family members may not share the same email address. 
4. Every effort is made to hold class on time. The schedule is subject to change without prior notice. Please check the online schedule for the most up-to-date schedule. Yoga House RGV is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason. 
5. Please arrive at least ten minutes before class. 
6. Please check in at reception before each class. 
7. Payment must be made upon booking. No students will be permitted to sign-up for a class, workshop, or event as unpaid unless it is a free or donation based class. Unpaid classes or membership payments will be back-charged. 
8. Yoga House RGV is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings. 
9. The front doors will be locked 10 minutes into every class. For safety reasons, no one 10 or more minutes late for class is permitted entry and leaving class early is strongly discouraged. 
10. You agree that you have been examined by a qualified medical practitioner within the past six months and have been found by such practitioner to be in good physical health and physically able to perform all yoga classes. 
11. It is the responsibility of the student to notify teachers of any previous injury, illness, or conditions that may impact their practice. 
12. Classes at Yoga House RGV may be physically strenuous and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death. 
13. You will follow all instructions given to you by Yoga House RGV teachers and you acknowledge that any failure to do so will be at your own risk and may cause injury. 
14. In attending classes at Yoga House RGV, you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Yoga House RGV or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. 
15. Yoga House RGV reserves the right to refuse entry. 
16. Prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in cost and benefits. 
17. Terms, Conditions, and Fees are subject to change without prior notification. 
18. By booking into a class you automatically agree to the above terms & conditions.
