Heated Yoga

  • 26 powerful yoga posture series practiced in a heated room. Derived from the original hot Bikram Yoga method.

  • Ashtanga is a very dynamic and athletic form of hatha yoga, made up of six series or levels, with a fixed order of postures. It is rooted in vinyasa, the flowing movements between postures, with a focus on energy and breath. While it is a very physical practice, it also promotes mental clarity and inner peace.

  • A traditional Vinyasa flow class combines the yoga essentials such as standing postures, twists, inversions, and seated postures.

  • A traditional Vinyasa flow class combines the yoga essentials such as standing postures, twists, inversions, and seated postures.

    Vinyasa Flow yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind.

  • Yoga HIIT is a high-intensity fusion class incorporating yoga flows, hand weights and interval training designed to tone and strengthen muscle groups in the body.

  • A fusion of yoga and pilates, this core challenging yoga class focuses on asanas infused with lengthening and strengthening pilates movements focusing on your core and full body toning with complimentary weights.

Non-Heated Yoga

  • Rocket Yoga is a dynamic and fast-paced flow of yoga. The structure is similar to that of Ashtanga Vinyasa, consisting of a warm-up (Surya Namaskar A + B), after which one continues in the standing poses, seated poses, and ending with the traditional closing series.

  • Yoga improves balance, strength, endurance, and aerobic capacity in children. A growing body of research has already shown that yoga can improve focus, memory, self-esteem, academic performance, and classroom behavior, and can even reduce anxiety and stress in children.   • Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time.

    Prenatal yoga is a form of gentle yoga that is designed to complement the growing needs of a pregnant body during all three trimesters. The focus is on restorative poses that keep you safe while practicing movement, stretching, deep breathing, and mental centering.

  • Yin Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice. You will learn about stillness in movement, and the flow of stillness. The first part of the class starts with Yin calming the mind and working on the body's connective tissues and joints before the muscles are warm. The second part of the class is Yang works on the muscles and blood flow, building strength, stamina, and flexibility – like a Vinyasa Flow, and ending with a body scan Savasana.

 

Pilates

  • A combination of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and lightweight Pilates. HITT means performing short bursts of intense activity which effectively work the entire body (off the reformer).

Barre

  • Barre incorporates ballet-inspired movements with Pilates alignment principles. This class uses light weights, bands, and balls. High repetition moves that will challenge and strengthen you.
